Glycaemic Index Testing, Inc. was established by Dr. Thomas Wolever to provide confidential, high quality and scientifically valid assessment of the glycaemic responses of food products for pharmaceutical and food companies.

GI Testing^® specializes in the determination of the glycaemic index of foods, but also uses other protocols to determine the glycaemic responses of foods and food products.

All food testing is performed by our associated company, Glycemic Index Laboratories Inc.
